The 27-acre Turkey Run Wildlife Management Area (WMA) ranges across two small hills on Turkey Run, a small tributary of the . Turkey Run Lake, at 15 acres, is equipped with a boat launch and accommodates fishing for trout, crappie, bluegill, and channel catfish. Camping is prohibited in the management area.

Directions: The Turkey Run Wildlife Management Area is located in northern Jackson County, two miles north of . To reach the area from Ravenswood, follow highway WV-68 north to to a right turn onto Miner Drive (CR-2/18).

Turkey Run WMA is managed by the W.Va. Division of Natural Resources. It was formerly known as the Turkey Run Public Hunting & Fishing Area.
