Chessie 29 on a special train at Logan, West Virginia. Parked by the passenger platform, this train was in Logan for the dedication of Youngstown Sheet and Tube Company's new Dehue mine. It is stopped at the C&O passenger station at Logan (city hall at this time). The car was permanently assigned to the railway president’s office at that time (COHS-51457.JPG; Robert C.
