The Sarvis Fork Covered Bridge near Sandyville, West Virginia, in Jackson County, spans the left fork of Sandy Creek and is a 101-foot-long "long truss." The bridge is one of two remaining covered bridges in Jackson County; the other is the Staats Mill Covered Bridge. The bridge was raised by C.R. Kent, R.R. Hardesty and E.R. Duke, in 1889. It was dismantled and moved to its present site in 1924, where it carries Jackson County Route 21/15 over Sarvis Fork.
