Camping at Plum Orchard Lake
A half-hour’s drive west of the central New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, Plum Orchard provides its guests 23 rustic camping sites at its Beech Bottom campground and 19 rustic camping sites above the Plum Orchard Lake Dam. Each campsite has a grill, tent pad, and picnic table and is located near a central restroom and a well that supplies drinking water. Bathhouses and dump stations are not provided at Plum Orchard.
