
North Hills, WV (West Virginia), is an incorporated residential community in Wood County in the Marietta-Parkersburg metropolitan area. The town is unique in that it is almost entirely residential.
The town was incorporated in February 1979 and is a suburb of the cities of Vienna and Parkersburg. According to the town website, it enjoys the highest ratio of public recreational space per resident in West Virginia. Its population was 837 at the 2020 census.
It includes a dog park, a community pool, and a two-acre lake for fishing. It is adjacent to McDonough Wildlife Refuge, which provides hiking and exercise trails and wildlife viewing stations.

North Hills is located on highway WV-68, approximately five miles northeast of Parkersburg, West Virginia, two miles east of Vienna, West Virginia, and two miles west of the Emerson Avenue exit on expressway I-77.
