Newell,  West Virginia (WV), a community on the Ohio River in Hancock County, is the home of The Homer-Laughlin China Company, producer of Fiesta Dinnerware, also known as Fiestaware. Many visitors tour the Homer-Laughlin factory and the Fiesta Museum and vacation at the Mountaineer Casino, Race Track & Resort, located four miles southwest of Newell. The community located across the river from East Liverpool, Ohio.
