Big Ugly Wildlife Management Area

The 6,000-acre Big Ugly Wildlife Management Area (WMA) protects a mountainous upland of mature hardwood forest. Principal game harvested in the management area includes deer, grouse, squirrel, turkey, and raccoon. Camping is prohibited in the wildlife management area.

Location: The Big Ugly Wildlife Management Area is located in Lincoln County three miles northwest of , and 25 miles south of , off highway WV-7.

Big Ugly WMA is managed by the W.Va. Division of Natural Resources. It was formerly known as the Big Ugly Public Hunting & Fishing Area.
