Delbarton, West Virginia (WV), a community in Mingo County, was incorporated in 1947 and named in honor of William Delbarton, an official of the United Thacker Land County, which developed the surrounding region of the Williamson Coal Field. The Buffalo Mountain ATV Trail System is located south west of Delbarton.
